Scholarships

Scholarships available to accounting students in the School of Accountancy (SOA) come from a wide variety of sources: some are awarded by Brigham Young University (BYU), some by the Marriott School of Management (MSM), and a limited number from the SOA. The amount and source of these scholarships vary according to the position of the applicant in the SOA programs.

Accounting Jr. Core

Most students entering the Accounting Jr. Core program are in their third (junior) undergraduate year of study. As undergraduates, these students may be considered for the following scholarships:

  • BYU. BYU awards a full range of undergraduate scholarships based on need and academic achievement.
  • MSM. The Marriott School awards some undergraduate scholarships based on need and academic achievement. To apply for scholarships, please visit Marriott School Scholarships.
  • SOA. The SOA has limited scholarship money available for junior undergraduate students. Awards of this money are mostly based on need.
