This site provides information on many scholarships and fellowships and also includes a search feature by name of scholarship, demographics, disciplines, and graduate programs. Other opportunities such as internships, research grants, study abroad programs, and summer programs are also included on this web site and can help students be more competitive in the application process for prestigious scholarships and fellowships.
Wilkinson Loan Fund
This is for international undergraduate and graduate students with F1 visas.
Under the PEF umbrella is a perpetual student loan fund established by Ernest Wilkinson. It works similarly to the Perpetual Education Fund, except that the recipient is a foreign student being educated in the United States. Seventy to eighty students can be helped each year through this loan.
Students must plan to return to their country after completing their education. Loans are for up to $10,000 for tuition, fees and books only, for two years of education.

Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA)

The GFOA offers five annual scholarship programs:
- The Daniel B. Goldberg Scholarship for a full-time graduate student preparing for a career in state and local government finance.
- The Frank L. Greathouse Government Accounting Scholarship for undergraduate or graduate students preparing for a career in state and local government finance.
- The Public Employee Retirement Research and Administration Scholarship for a graduate student in public administration, finance, business administration, or social sciences preparing for a career in the field of public-sector retirement benefits.
- The Minorities in Government Finance Scholarship for an undergraduate or graduate student of public administration, (governmental) accounting, finance, political science, economics, or business administration (with a specific focus on government or nonprofit management).
